The rule 110 meeting will take place in Haus Neuland near Bielefeld (Germany).
(Neuland is a nifty german word for Tabula Rasa!)

using local transportation

Take the train to Oerlinghausen . You may want to have a look at the timetable for the Bielefeld - Oerlinghausen commuter. There will be shuttle busses at 14:00 and 14:30 which will pick you up at Oerlinghausen Station. On the last day there are also shuttle busses back to Oerlinghausen at 14:00 and 14:30. You can then take the Oerlinghausen-Bielefeld commuter to get to Bielefeld again.

getting there by car

If you are coming from the direction Hannover / Dortmund using the Autobahn A2, take the exit 'Bielefeld-Sennestadt', then you should find your way using the little sketch.
In case you approach from south eastern direction, you might want to take A44 until Autobahn-crossing 'Wünnenberg-Haaren', then A33 till exit 'Schloß Holte-Stukenbrock', then refer to the sketch.
